Lorelai Beanie — With this design, Lindsey envisioned a beanie that Lorelai Gilmore might throw on before heading to Luke’s for (yet another!) coffee. Knit in the round from the bottom up, it features simple stockinette stitch and a cozy folded brim for extra warmth.
