Interpretations Vol. 6 is another magical and heartfelt collaboration between knitwear designers Joji Locatelli and Veera Välimäki. Like each volume before, the sixth volume includes six themes: six words with two designs inspired by each word, showing a personal take on each of these themes. These lovely books are destined to become collectors items, not to mention beautiful resources of patterns that you’re going to want to come back to time and again.
The Interpretations series follows the journey of two friends from opposite sides of the world combining their love of their countries (Argentina and Finland) and beautiful knitwear. Volume 1 marked the beginning of an entirely new approach to designing, and their dream project has evolved to bring your their sixth volume.
This volume sees Joji and Veera reflecting on six years of publishing, bringing a slightly more introspective take on their design process. The patterns all use monochromatic shades, a nod to the more thoughtful themes of Volume 6.
“As we have felt with each book, we think this one is our best yet. Not because it’s wonderfully original and innovative, but because it is honest” – Joji & Veera
Volume 6 features 12 garment and accessory knitting patterns from a variety of yarn producers including:
YOTH Yarns // Hedgehog Fibres // Rauwerk // Madelinetosh // Tanis Fiber Arts
Printed in the UK // softcover // 116 pages
Includes digital download – Note: This publication does not come with an automatic digital download, the PDF can only be accessed by redeeming the unique download code that is printed in your hard copy.
