When Katie was knitting our Tutu Top sample for these kits, she couldn’t put it down! An immensely fun and gratifying project, the Tutu Top by the popular children’s knitwear designer, Lisa Chemery, begins as a basic top-down raglan sweater. The fun comes in when you work a welt at the waist and then change colors to create a flouncy tutu peplum at the bottom. Adding to the gratifying nature of this project is Ideal’s beautiful space-dyed colorways, which make each stitch an adventure!
For adventurous beginners, this project is a great intro to working your first top down raglan sweater!

Kits contain

• 2 to 5 skeins of Manos del Uruguay Ideal (100% Polwarth Wool; 219 yds / 100g each) — 1 to 3 skeins in a space-dyed main color + 1 to 2 skeins in semi-solid contrast color
• a printed + digital copy of the pattern
